Here are some simple ways to develop healthy sleeping routines:


1. Aim for a good night’s sleep together

Make getting the recommended number of hours of sleep a fun goal for you and your child. Establishing a sleep routine in which you sleep and wake at the same time every day will assist you in accomplishing this. You can create a reward chart to track who is getting enough sleep in the family.


2. Be part of their bedtime routine
